A granny a day
There I was so in love with my granny squares, treasuring each and every one I made (yep all 3 of 'em), proudly holding each one up to show the big love while he was trying to work... until I had a really good look through A granny a day flickr pool.
I hope mine look that neat and pretty one day. And with only 3 colours of yarn I'm thinking I need to come up with some more inventive photo shoots so I don't bore the heck out of you all.
I like this one from Sarah London, I wish chocolates fell out of my pencil case when I opened it, or the one that coordinates beautifully with Bundaberg Sugar packaging, yeah that's a nice one. Pip puts retro/vintage stuff with hers, I like that too. And there's something about Kirsty's that make me want to eat sticky caramel chocolatey things and drink coffee.
Hmmm... how many different objects could I photograph a granny with?

I think your squares are beautiful. Nothing wrong with being coordintated! I think your colour combo is classy.
I think your granny's are so beautiful and your colours are lovely - don't be silly! I swear, nothing on your blog could ever be boring!
i totally agree with Miss Muggins on that one :) Gorg!

I love your granny square! The colours are really cool.
I love the colours you have chosen and I love the patterns! You can take pics of them in trees outside with your birds ... I love your blog, I love the stuff you make, you're awesome
I clicked "comment" to say I love your color choice. Seems I'm not the only one who thinks so...
Your squares look great. And thank for the link to the flickr pool. I love seeing all those different grannies!
We can be our own worst critic.
