Did you go to Sew & Tell? I did and it was awesome, Bangalow is already super cute to visit but this clever little market full of clever people really topped it off (you better go like their Facebook page so you know when it's on again).
While there I came across Jo of Olive and the Volcano and was blown away by how original and talented she is. Jo's blog is incredibly beautiful and her work is a huge testament to how inspiring the inland forest areas of Northern NSW are. She cleverly composes and binds found paper of varying textures in the most beautiful way I've seen in a while. The photos don't do it justice, you really need to see them in person.

she does these markets
and workshops!!!
P.S. Don't tell country boy how much I crap on about how cute, awesome and inspiring Nth NSW is, he's already giving me a hard time about giving up my city ways ;)

Wow, great find Rebecca! Glad it all went well. I've like the fb page and hopefully might go one year! :) Kx
Rebecca! What a massive surprise to discover this post! (thanks miss ellie beck) It was so great to meet you at the Sew and Tell. I'm so glad you feel this way about what I do and it gives me great joy to offer it to the world - one market at a time! Hopefully one day I'll set up the stall in a market somewhere in Brisbane. Big thanks and big hugs to you for sharing my work with your readers and friends. xoxo Jo Olive
